Udimarin contains Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), a naturally-occurring bile acid which is a known hepatoprotective drug.
Liver diseases like Gall-stones, Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD),Viral Hepatitis & Drug induced Hepatitis are associated with cholestasis (bile stagnation) & inflammation. This leads to damage of the liver cells and prevents the liver from functioning normally.
Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) 300 mg in β-cyclodextrin base.
Udimarin contains UDCA in β-cyclodextrin base.
Udimarin improves flow of bile from the liver and protects the liver cells from injury caused by the toxic bile acids.
Udimarin improves liver enzymes & liver functions.
1 tablet twice daily after meal
What to do if I miss the dose?
Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not change the dose or stop this drug without talking to your doctor.
